We pride ourselves at Rivercatcher on being somewhere you come to relax and unwind. Providing you with a wonderful range of local produce in a simple, accessible way is the reason we set up our online shop. Everything you need for your stay delivered straight to your door.

This is why we offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, you never need be without anything during your stay.

Delivered by our Team

For your peace of mind, we have a member of staff on site daily, assuring your items are delivered personally in a timely fashion.

 

Delivery Days and Times

As standard available delivery days are Monday - Friday between 10am and 12pm unless agreed otherwise. Deliveries on Saturdays will need to be agreed prior to arrival.

Due to our own family commitments we do not provide delivery on Sundays. We hope you understand the value of this to our team.

 

If you pre-order your items for your arrival date, then these will be in your property when you check in

 

Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery your order will need to be placed before 2pm and your order will be delivered the next working day between 10am and 12pm

 

Exceptions (If you're not in)

Items will be delivered to your property between 10am and 12pm if for any reason you are not in then we can leave your items in your accommodation (fridge items will be put into the fridge) for when you return. We assume we have your consent for one of our team to enter your property to do this.

 

Weekend Delivery

Although not standard, Saturday deliveries may be possible if agreed prior to arrival. Please put your preferred delivery date as a Saturday when you order if you wish and we will confirm if this is possible or contact you to make alternative arrangements. There will be no deliveries on a Sunday.
