How to Order
To ensure we only accept orders from guests to Rivercatcher we ask for a few details about your stay. This allows us to make sure the organisation and delivery of your order runs smoothly and you get all your goodies exactly when and where you need them!
Who can order
Anyone can order for delivery to your cottage or cabin. More often than not this will be the person who books or someone who is staying as part of the booking.
What you will need
To place an order on the Rivercatcher shop you will need a few details;
1 - The Booking Reference Number - You can find on your booking email. If you didn't book you should ask the person who did for this.
2 - Your Name - This doesn't have to be the person who booked. Anyone can order for the cottage or cabin.
3 - The Name of your Property - We have 9 fantastic properties in total.
These are Cilan Farmhouse, Gamekeeper's Cottage, Flyfisher's Cottage, Shepherd's Cottage, Ghillie's Cottage, Cwtch Cabin, Hyggelig Cabin, Lagom Cabin and Gezellig Cabin.
4 - Delivery Date - The date, within your holiday, you would like your items delivered.
5 - Payment Details - All orders are paid for at the point of order so we can ensure we have the items you need in stock.
What to expect when you have ordered
Once your order is complete you'll receive a confirmation email which includes the details of your order including confirmation of the details you provided; Booking Reference Number, Your Name, Property Name and Delivery Date.
If for any reason a product is out of stock or we have an issue with delivery we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
When will my order arrive?
If you pre-order your items for your arrival date, these will be in your property when you check in. If you ask for your items to be delivered on a designated date during your stay, then the delivery window will be between 10am – 12pm on the selected day unless contacted otherwise.
